1. Service Provider
These services are provided by Liberation.Travel LLC, a company registered in the United States.
Contact: info@liberation.travel
2. Services
Liberation.Services provides assistance with opening bank accounts and obtaining residency permits in select countries. The service includes document preparation, Power of Attorney generation, coordination with local providers, and delivery of resulting documents.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are displayed in EUR and include all service fees
- Payment is accepted via Bitcoin (on-chain), Lightning Network, and bank transfer through our payment processor Zaprite
- Service delivery begins after payment confirmation
4. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. However, by proceeding with checkout, you acknowledge and consent that:
- If service delivery has already begun (passport data submitted, documents generated, or provider contacted), you may lose part or all of the withdrawal right proportional to the services already provided.
- You expressly request that we begin service delivery before the end of the withdrawal period. This is necessary because our services involve time-sensitive coordination with third-party providers in other countries.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@liberation.travel within 14 days of purchase.
5. Your Obligations
- Provide accurate and complete personal information
- Upload a valid, legible passport scan when requested
- Review and sign generated documents promptly
- Respond to communications within reasonable timeframes
6. Limitation of Liability
We act as an intermediary facilitating services provided by local partners in each country. While we take all reasonable care, we cannot guarantee approval of bank account applications or residency permits, as final decisions rest with the respective institutions and authorities. In case of rejection, we will discuss available options with you on a case-by-case basis.
7. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All personal data is encrypted at rest and passport images are never stored on our servers.
8. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve any disputes directly. If you are an EU consumer and we cannot resolve a dispute, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by US law. However, if you are an EU consumer, you retain the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
